    1. It’s so important for people to know that what goes around doesn’t necessarily come around … that there is a way out for the stupid things we do

  3. To be in a state of grace,
From moment to moment we need God’s grace,
Possibly then at the end of this Life’s rat race,
We may get to behold for all eternity His Holy Face.

      1. We should all end up getting what we really and truly deserve,
But the good Lord is merciful & is ever ready to shower His graces on us like ginger preserve.

  6. Thanks, PP … it goes along with an extract from his book about how he’s so thankful that he’s not subject to karma which means that everything bad you do is punished in the end …and that grace is the opposite to this. It’s such a beautiful way of expressing something so profound!

    1. I’m normally very wary of ‘celebrities’ who say they are Christian but he’s really on to something fundamentally important and he gets through in a way that dozens of theological books can’t!

  9. “Holding out for Grace” sounds like a good idea. I hadn’t heard this song before, it’s very hypnotic.

    1. No, I don’t really follow their music but a Facebook friend posted this today along with an extract from Bono’s book about the difference between grace and karma.
