Silence is a liberation. It cuts down great swathes of undergrowth around me and I’m able to come into a broad, open place where I can pay attention.
Trying to work out exactly which part is body and which part is soul, and likewise trying and split existence three ways (e.g. body/soul/spirit or whatever) seems unhelpful to me.
